On The Easel

The year is coming to an end, and I am so grateful for the art opportunities I had this year.

Shows started off early with the continuation of "Perceive Me", Curated by Kristine Schomaker at The Barker Hanger- The Other Art Fair, Santa Monica, CA. Followed by the summer showing of "More Disruption: Representational Art in Flux. Juried by John Seed. The Oceanside Museum of Art, Oceanside, CA. I also added 2 faculty exhibitions to my CV this year. What started off as a "let's see what happens" turned into a very fortunate year of opportunity.

I am Currently developing a new group of images based on my ongoing investigation of time and movement. Here is a preview of "Unraveling" 48 X 48". Graphite and oil on canvas. Please stay tuned to see where these new paintings take me in 2025!
